The 1,027 local residents who took part in the earlier consultation on the planned development on land east of Kenilworth with Catesby Estates will soon receive the attached newsletter. New signals are planned at St John’s gyratory roundabout and I’m concerned about the lack of any shops and no plan as yet for the design and use of the community facility. The access via Crew Lane is an improvement and the design take some account of environmental concerns but the question remains how the residents will become part of the Kenilworth community and not feel isolated. Also it’s wholly clear how safely people will be able to cross Glasshouse Lane. Kenilworth Newsletter Aug 2018
